All Members are to treat each other with respect and courtesy.
Director and staff are responsible for the operations of FLY WITH ME VA, Director can take any action necessary without warning but this will always be followed by an explanation.
All members personal details are safeguarded and will never be given to third parties.
You are representing fly with me virtual on the network and therefore must behave in the manner expected. Any poor behaviour will be reported to us immediately and action will be taken.

All members must be at least 13 years of age and agree to abide by all laws and regulations that limit or concern online activity.
All members must maintain a valid e-mail address on file with the airline at all times.
All members are requested to hold a valid and active vatsim or ivao account.
All members must be willing to download and use the vabase acars.
All members are required to fly at at least 5 hours a month using vabase acars, failure to do so will result in termination for inactivity without notice.
